Network modelling
Complex precinct and campus planning
Integrated transport and network modelling for health, education, business and mixed use precinct planning across NSW.

Project context
Large campuses and precincts generate interacting travel demands across several access points, internal roads, parking areas and surrounding intersections.
TEF scope
TEF Consulting has assessed precinct movement, traffic demand, access, parking and network performance for health, education, commercial and local government projects. Assignments combine staged demand forecasts with intersection and network analysis.
Outcome
The work provides a coordinated transport strategy, identifies infrastructure and staging requirements, and gives project teams a clear basis for design and authority consultation.
A whole network view
Precinct work considers how individual sites, future stages and background growth combine across the network. This avoids resolving one access point while transferring the problem elsewhere.
Planning for implementation
Recommendations can address access hierarchy, active and public transport, parking distribution, intersection upgrades and monitoring. Outputs are framed so they can be carried into masterplanning and later design stages.
