Project context
Constrained sites must accommodate everyday parking and circulation while also providing safe access for deliveries, waste collection, emergency vehicles and pedestrians.
TEF scope
TEF Consulting works with architects and project teams to review parking supply, access controls, ramps, loading areas, circulation and vehicle movements. Reviews are based on the vehicles and operational tasks relevant to each site.
Outcome
Design issues are identified early and translated into clear drawing comments and practical changes, reducing approval risk and avoiding late redesign.
Operational detail
Assessment extends beyond checking dimensions. We consider how vehicles enter, wait, turn, load and leave, and how those movements interact with people and other site functions.
Design-team support
Advice can progress from feasibility sketches through development application drawings and detailed review. Recommendations remain tied to the operational purpose of the site.
